Dr. Rosenbloom began his education at the Brooklyn College, City University of New York. He went to Pre-Med School at Brooklyn College, City University of New York. Dr. Rosenbloom continued his education at the State University of New York at Downstate.

Dr. Rosenbloom completed his Internship and his Residency at the Hartford Hospital, Hartford, CT. He also completed his Fellowship in Cardiology at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, Newark, NJ.

Dr. Rosenbloom is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease with the American Board of Medical Examiners and the American Board of Internal Medicine.

He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology. He is a member of the American Medical Association and the American College of Physicians.

Dr. Rosenbloom has been an Attending Physician at Jersey Shore Medical Center since 1984. In fact, he is the Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and a member of the Quality Assurance Committee.

He is also an Attending Physician at CentraState Medical Center.
