Jeffrey L. Osofsky, MD, FACC
Jeffrey L. Osofsky, MD, FACCDr. Osofsky began his education at Union College, Schenectady, NY, where he was awarded his B.S. and M.B.A. degrees. His M.B.A. specializes in Health Systems Administration. After graduation, he started his own consulting company, Fidelity Health Care Consultants, while in medical school at Loyola University Chicago in Maywood, Illinois. He remained at Loyola University Medical Center for his Internal Medicine Residency. He then moved to Detroit, Michigan, where he completed his Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship at Henry Ford Health Sciences Center.

Dr. Jeffrey Osofsky has been a member of Monmouth Medical Center and Jersey Shore University Medical Center since 1999.

Dr. Osofsky is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Diseases by the American Board of Internal Medicine and by the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology.
