Dr. Noto began his education at Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ. He continued his education at Universidad Central del Este, Dominican Republic.

Dr. Noto completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Elizabeth, NJ. He completed a Fellowship in Critical Care at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Hospital, New York, NY and a Fellowship in Cardiology at Deborah Heart and Lung Center, Browns Mills, NJ and Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.

Dr. Noto has been an Attending Cardiologist at Centra State Medical Center, Freehold, NJ, since 1988. He has also been an Attending Cardiologist at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune, NJ. since 1998.

He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
